November 8th, Pacific Educational Press attended the annual conference for OFSHEEA, The Ontario Family Studies Home Economics Educators’ Association.
Publishing our new Nutrition and Health and The World of Fashion Resources, we held a display in the exhibition area and conducted two workshops. Supported by our Pedagogical Consultant, Jane Witte, and authors Michelyn Gallant, Jennifer Burke, Dubravka Prica and Antonietta Mozzone, teachers were able to try out some activities demonstrated in the resources.
It was a great day where we were able to meet around 100 Family studies teachers, listen to some really positive feedback about our resources, and spend some time with our expert authors!
